We are currently looking for a Laboratory Technician to work for a Pharmaceutical company South Oxfordshire on a part time basis (circa 27.5 hours a week).
The role:
As a Laboratory Technician you will perform routine laboratory and administrative activities to support the laboratory.
Duties include:
- Being laboratory based you will support the Scientists within the laboratory.
- Support the setting up of experiments, including measuring and weighing of chemicals.
- Cleaning laboratory equipment and ensuring all lab equipment is ready for use.
- Support the writing of laboratory documents ensuring quality standards are met.
Ideal candidates will:
Have some laboratory experience working in industry such as a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or a Chemical lab. A higher qualification in a science subject is highly desirable.
