Lead Footwear Technologist

​We are currently recruiting for a Lead Footwear Technologist for a research and testing company in the midlands.     The role: As a Lead Footwear Technologist, you will supervise a small team of technologists and laboratory technicians, overseeing several projects liaising directly with the customer. You will have the responsibility setting and monitoring KPIs, H&S and delivery of projects on time.   Duties include: ·         Manage a small team – mentoring, appraisals, training, ·         Manage projects and workflow through the department. ·         Develop continuous improvement. ·         Develop physical testing experiments. ·         Manage client queries and report all results/ project reports.     Ideal candidates will have experience in physical testing techniques, problem solving and project management. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills. ​We are currently looking for a QHSE Officer for a chemical company in South Cambridgeshire.   As an QHSE Officer, you will support the management for all health and safety, quality and environmental processes on site.   Responsibilities include: ·         Support and manage the companies QMS documentation. ·         Support and carry out audits. ·         Investigate complaints and non-conformances. ·         Coordinate documents relating to Health & Safety including near misses and incidents. ·         Maintenance of the company’s environmental records. ·         Communicate with all employees, visitors, suppliers and clients, to ensure QHSE requirements are understood, undertaken and completed in a timely manner.     Ideal candidates will have: Experience in Quality and/ or H&S within the Pharmaceutical or chemical industry. Chemical Production Operator

​We are currently looking for a Chemical Production Operator for a chemical company in South Cambridgeshire.   As a Process Operator you will join the production team to support the manufacturing of speciality chemicals.   Responsibilities include: ·         Ensure that all process and operational activities associated with batch manufacture are carried out to required quality standards. ·         To manufacture products according manufacturing batch sheet processes and specifications. ·         Report any deviations from batch sheets immediately. ·         To complete all necessary documentation.   Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience working in chemical manufacturing as a Chemical Process Operator for a chemical or pharmaceutical company.
