​Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about maintaining high standards? We’re looking for a Quality (QC) Technician to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. As a QC Technician you will play a key role in ensuring production remains efficient, compliant, and consistently high quality. If you thrive in a structured environment where precision matters and quality is everything, this could be the perfect role for you. ​ Responsibilities As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for supporting both laboratory and production quality activities. This is a hands-on role offering a great mix of lab work, production line quality checks, documentation, and real-time decision-making. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Performing incoming goods inspections Conducting finished product quality control checks Carrying out chemical analysis of raw materials and concentrates Completing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and quality documentation accurately and on time Highlighting and reporting QC issues to Production and QA teams Segregating and managing non-conforming materials Recommending corrective actions where required Calibrating, verifying, and monitoring laboratory measuring equipment ​ What We’re Looking For Previous QC laboratory experience Strong knowledge of GMP Ideally, experience testing packaging, raw materials, components, and formulation blends Familiarity with COAs (Certificates of Analysis) and COCs (Certificates of Conformity) A meticulous, organised approach with excellent attention to detail ​ Why Join this growing company A varied and engaging role combining lab and production environments A supportive, quality-focused team Opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement A stable and structured working environment   There are 2 positions available – 1.    Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-12.30pm 2.    Mon-Thurs only (lates), 1pm – 10pm       Please note candidates need to have the full right to work in the UK   To apply please send your CV to peter@rowlandtalent.co.uk

QA Officer

​We are currently looking for a QA Officer to join a growing scientific company in Berkshire.
