We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Analytical Chemist to join a leading testing laboratory in Essex.
The role:
The Analytical Chemist role would suit a recent graduate with some industrial experience in an Analytical Chemistry lab.
In this role you will conduct analysis using HPLC and LC-MS techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a highly skilled Analytical Chemistry team supporting on a variety of projects
- Carry out a range of analysis using HPLC, LC-MS and LC-MS/MS
- Plan and carry out your own analysis to meet project objectives.
- Support instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ideal candidates for the Analytical Chemist role will be:
Degree or Masters (MChem, MSci or MSc etc) qualified in a Chemistry subject or Forensic Sciences and have some experience in HPLC or LC-MS analysis.
Previous experience in industry is desirable.
