Are you a science graduate looking for a non-lab based role then this is a great opportunity for you!


We are currently working with a leading Pharmaceutical company in Reading who are looking to hire someone in Customer Support to to be responsible for customer enquiries and orders.


Duties include:


  • Provide customer support to the catalogue product department, by processing orders from receipt to dispatch.
  • Manage and order materials as required, consolidating orders and verifying receipt.
  • Weighing/packaging catalogue products.
  • Prepare documentation for shipping as required
  • Arranging packaging and shipment of orders
  • Communicate with customers providing regular updates on orders.
  • Maintain health, safety and environmental standards, including standards of good housekeeping.


Ideal candidates will have a degree in science and have excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English. You will be meticulous and have high organisational and administrative skills.
