Formulation Scientist
We are currently working with an innovative Pharmaceutical development company in Oxfordshire who are looking to recruit a further Formulation Scientist to their growing team.
The role:
Joining the Formulation Team, you will deliver projects focussing on solid dosage biological formulation development.
Duties include:
- Carry out formulation and process development experiments for investigational work.
- Develop solid biological formations.
- Perform formulation development and process activities such as freeze-drying, spray drying and blending.
- Conduct analysis and interpret the date.
Ideal candidates:
Will be degree qualified in either Pharmaceutical Sciences or a biological science subject and have experience working in pharmaceutical formulation development. Candidates with PhDs (Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Biological sciences) are also encouraged to apply.
You will have experience in the formulation development of solid dosage forms and have experience in freeze-drying, spray drying and powder blending.
Experience or knowledge of vaccines is highly desirable.
