We are currently looking for a Medicinal Chemist and Senior Medicinal Chemist to join a growing company in Cambridgeshire.
The role:
As a Medicinal Chemist you will design and carry out synthesis of novel synthetic routes.
Responsibilities:
- Support drug discovery projects carrying out organic synthesis.
- Design and perform novel synthetic routes.
- Using your organic chemistry knowledge provide innovative solutions to chemistry problems.
- Write and review project reports.
Ideal candidates will be PhD qualified in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with experience in solving complex synthetic chemistry problems.
For the Senior Medicinal Chemist role candidates will have some previous experience in industry or have worked as a Post Doc.
