We are currently looking for a PhD Organic Chemist for a growing Pharmaceutical R&D company in the South East.
As an Organic Chemist, you will carry out complex Organic Synthesis to develop novel molecules for drug discovery and development.
Duties include:
· Solve complex medicinal and synthetic chemistry problems.
· Design and carry out experiments using a number of laboratory techniques.
· Develop synthetic routes and perform synthesis on target molecules/ drug candidates.
· Write and review technical reports and documentation.
Ideal candidates will have a PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry and have experience in organic synthesis.
