Rowland Talent Solutions are looking for a Senior/ Principal Formulation Process Scientist to join an exciting and forward thinking Pharmaceutical company in the Midlands.
In this role you will lead a team of Scientists to develop and optimise scalable manufacturing processes for GMP manufacturing.
Duties include:
- Manage tech transfers from formulation R&D to GMP manufacturing.
- Prepare GxP documentation including batch records, quality documents and validation protocols.
- Design, implement and lead process development studies
- Supervision and train junior members of staff
Ideal candidates will be degree or PhD qualified in in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry and have experience in formulation development or process development within GMP manufacturing. You will have held a senior role within formulation or process development, managing projects and/ or a team of Formulation Scientists/ Process Scientists.
