We are currently recruiting for a Chemist who is looking for a non-lab based/ office or sales role.
The role:
Joining this large Chemical company as a Sales Support Chemist, you will assist the Sales Development department with customer queries and quotations.
Responsibilities vary in this role, and you will be expected to provide excellent customer service to a range of clients across the globe.
You will respond to customers in a professional and timely manner providing product information, quotes and project updates as required.
Other duties include managing orders, updating the database, liaising with numerous clients over the phone and e-mail.
Ideal candidates for the Sales Support Chemist role will be:
Degree qualified in Chemistry and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will have previous experience working a Chemist, Laboratory Scientist or Analyst and/ or have some experience working in a customer facing or sales role.
