We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analytical Chemist to act as a Technical Lead for a large Chemical company in the Northwest.
As a Senior Analytical Chemist, you will support the R&D Chemists by developing, troubleshooting and conducting various analytical tests.
The role will focus on Thermal Analysis; therefore, candidates must have extensive experience in both Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques.
Working as a Senior Analytical Chemist you will be involved in a range of analysis using other analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, IR and NMR.
Ideal candidate:
Will be qualified in a Chemistry subject and have experience in TGA and DSC, along with experience in HPLC OR GC analysis.
Experience in TGA and DSC method development for unknown samples is essential for this role.
