We are currently looking for a Senior Process Development Scientist to join a dynamic and rapidly growing Pharmaceutical company in the East Midlands.
As a Senior Scientist you will oversee tech transfers from Formulation, developing and optimising scalable manufacturing processes for GMP manufacturing.
Duties include:
- Manage technology transfers from formulation development to pilot plant and manufacturing.
- Design, implement and lead process development studies and experiments.
- Write and review GMP documentation including batch records, quality documents and validation protocols.
- Supervision and train junior members of staff
Ideal candidates will be degree qualified in Chemistry or Formulation Sciences or have PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry. You will have experience in formulation development and ideally have experience in process development, scale-up or tech transfers to GMP manufacturing.
This role is open to recent PhDs looking for an opportunity to work in an R&D manufacturing company
