As a Senior Scientist or Principal Scientist, you will manage drug discovery projects being responsible for solving exciting chemistry problems and ensuring project are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage chemistry projects including setting the strategy, design and carrying out synthesis of novel target molecules.
- Provide drug discovery expertise to solve complex and challenging synthetic problems.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and Senior Scientists to deliver projects on time.
- Write and review technical project reports.
Candidates will have:
- A PhD in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
- Previous industrial experience in synthetic organic chemistry/ medicinal Chemistry.
- Experience in designing and executing synthetic routes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
