We are current looking for Senior Research Scientists (Organic Chemists and Medicinal Chemists) to join a growing pharmaceutical drug discovery company.
The role:
As a Medicinal Chemist/ Organic Chemist you will design and conduct organic synthesis of novel molecular targets.
Within this Medicinal Chemistry role, you will apply your synthetic organic chemistry knowledge and experience to design complex and novel molecular targets.
Responsibilities:
- Design and carrying out organic synthesis.
- Support and/ or lead a range of drug discovery projects.
- Design and execute novel and complex synthetic routes to challenging chemical targets.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
- Write and review project reports.
Ideal candidates:
Will be PhD qualified in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry with previous experience working in organic synthesis in either industry or a Post Doc.
As a Medicinal Chemist, you will have experience in designing and performing complex synthetic routes.
